Top Skills Required:
Product Management Experience: Minimum 6 years, with a focus on risk management, financial accounting, or legal operations.
Stakeholder Management & Communication: Excellent skills in managing multiple stakeholders and communicating effectively.
Risk Assessment & Regulatory Compliance: Strong understanding of financial accounting standards, legal regulations, and risk management.
Other Skills Required:
- Experience managing multiple lines of business and implementing external regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in using data-driven insights for product strategy and decision-making.
- Professional certifications in Product Ownership, risk management, financial accounting, or legal compliance (e.g., CSPO, CPA, CFA, FRM, CISA).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, ADO).
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulatory requirements and standards.
