About The Job
The Red Hat Telco sales organization seeks a Principal Technical Architect to lead our Telco Solution Architects account with a proven track record of delivering business results.
What You Will Do
- Evangelize the value of Red Hat Solutions and collaborate with the team to meet customer needs.
- Define, document, and demonstrate how Red Hat products enable next-generation IT and network architectures for telecommunications providers.
- Develop solutions with Red Hat and partner products across industry verticals such as IoT, Telecom Managed Services, and Cloud/Virtualization for Edge solutions.
- Position Red Hat as a strategic vendor within the telecom ecosystem, including ISVs, NEPs, cloud providers, and hardware vendors.
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations to technical and business audiences.
- Lead technical responses to RFx processes and design architectures demonstrating ROI.
- Grow and develop the business relationship within the account and contribute to strategic planning.
- Demonstrate leadership and foster a culture of success and inclusiveness.
- Engage with C-level executives and develop account plans.
- Maintain relationships and share knowledge within the account.
- Work independently with initiative while being a team player.
What You Will Bring
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering, with expertise in cloud, networking, and open-source communities.
- Deep Telco industry knowledge and understanding of current and future technologies like 5G, RAN, IoT, SDN, NFV.
- Strong technical skills in virtualization, cloud, container platforms, and microservices.
- Excellent presentation skills for diverse audiences.
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies.
- Reliable, organized, and creative with a results-oriented mindset.
