With a focus on cost efficiency, quality, and production time.</p><p><br></p><p>In this role, you will work closely with manufacturing teams to develop and implement process capabilities, provide technical training, and ensure compliance with industry standards. You will also play a critical role in supporting prototype development, first-time production runs, and continuous improvement initiatives.</p><p><br></p><p>For candidates with or looking to gain experience of aerospace electronic, electrical or avionics assemblies and components this is an excellent opportunity to further develop your skills.</p><p><br></p><p>You will get to expend you skills in</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Aerospace Manufacturing Process Optimization & Development for aerospace electronic, electrical or avionics assemblies and components</li><li>Optimizing processes for cost, time, quantity, and quality.</li><li>Monitoring manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with applicable standards and registration systems.</li><li>Working with prototype products and first-time part production to develop and refine manufacturing processes.</li><li>Developing, implement, and maintain work instructions and SPC (Statistical Process Control) systems.</li><li>Providing technical process training to manufacturing teams.</li><li>Working with production teams to ensure proper processes are followed for first-time part manufacturing and deliveries.</li><li>Assisting in developing annual plans for equipment, capital investment, and yield improvement.</li><li>Leading process engineering projects, defining and planning capital requirements and expenses.</li><li>Supporting the technology roadmap by documenting process capabilities and aligning them with future manufacturing goals.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Experience & Education:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>4-year technical degree OR 5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, illuminated cockpit components, or a related industry.</li><li>Hands-on experience in process development, optimization, and quality control.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Technical Expertise:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production workflows.</li><li>Ability to read, interpret, and work from schematics and blueprints.</li><li>Experience implementing SPC systems and statistical process controls.</li></ul><p></p>
