Position Details

  • Salary: $20-$22/hour (based on experience)
  • Location: Saint John, NB
  • Job Type: Full-Time | 6-month contract (temp-to-perm potential)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What You’ll Do

  • Track purchase orders daily, ensuring delivery of goods, certifications, and manuals within promised timelines
  • Update, manage, and close out purchase orders for completed projects based on direction from Procurement Specialists
  • Liaise with internal customers and suppliers to resolve day-to-day delivery issues
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate procurement reporting information
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders
  • Review invoices in Basware to confirm compliance with purchase orders and contracts
  • Offer general procurement support to the Procurement Specialists
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate documentation

What You’ll Bring

  • Post-secondary education in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in procurement or administrative support
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with procurement software and strong general computer skills
  • Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
