<p><b>Product Specialist – Construction ERP (Hybrid with high remote, Canada/US)</b></p><p><b>Work Eglibility and Location:</b></p><p>Hybrid – Markham, Ontario. The company is part of a large, global software consortium known for its strong acquisition model and exceptional internal mobility.</p><p>This position is ideal for a technically minded, client-focused professional with experience in <b>accounting systems</b> and a solid understanding of the <b>construction or field services sector</b>. Youll play a pivotal role in pre-sales demonstrations, product training, and client enablement.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><b>Product Demonstrations & Sales Support</b></p><ul><li>Deliver engaging, tailored product demonstrations to prospects</li><li>Support sales representatives during the pre-sales process</li><li>Qualify client needs and map product functionality to business outcomes</li></ul><p><b>Client Enablement & Solution Support</b></p><ul><li>Assist existing customers with feature adoption and product optimization</li><li>Participate in webinars, trade shows, and user events as a subject matter expert</li><li>Field questions around functionality, particularly within accounting, payroll, and job costing</li></ul><p><b>Product Knowledge & Collaboration</b></p><ul><li>Develop expertise in the ERP platform, particularly modules related to financials, project management, and field operations</li><li>Share client feedback with internal stakeholders to inform product enhancements</li><li>Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on demo environments and campaign follow-up</li></ul><p><b>Internal Readiness</b></p><ul><li>Help train internal teams on product features, updates, and best practices</li><li>Contribute to CRM tracking and pre-sales documentation</li><li>3–5+ years in a Product Specialist, Pre-Sales, or SaaS Client Success role</li><li>Demonstrated experience with ERP or accounting software platforms</li><li>Solid understanding of accounting workflows such as GL, AR/AP, job costing, and payroll</li><li>Familiarity with the construction, HVAC, or service contracting industries</li><li>Strong presentation, communication, and client-facing skills</li><li>Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, or related field</li></ul><p><b>What Were Looking For</b></p><ul><li>Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li><li>Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset</li><li>A collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic environments</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication</li><li>Ability to travel ~2 weeks/year for events, and attend monthly team sessions (remote travel covered)</li></ul><p></p>
