Product Specialist – Construction ERP (Hybrid with high remote, Canada/US)
Work Eglibility and Location:
Hybrid – Markham, Ontario. Local candidates are expected onsite 2–3 times per week for the first month, transitioning to monthly in-person meetings thereafter.
Remote candidates across Canada or the U.S. will be flown in approximately once per month for team sessions and events.
Salary and Benefits: Base + Commission + bonus and benefits, Stock and/or Company plans – TI from 140K CDN or USD ++ commensurate with experience.
Travel: ~2 weeks/year + monthly team meetups (for remote employees)

About the Opportunity
SRA Staffing is recruiting a Product Specialist for a high-impact, client-facing role with a well-established ERP software company focused on the construction and service industry. The company is part of a large, global software consortium known for its strong acquisition model and exceptional internal mobility.
This position is ideal for a technically minded, client-focused professional with experience in accounting systems and a solid understanding of the construction or field services sector. You’ll play a pivotal role in pre-sales demonstrations, product training, and client enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Product Demonstrations & Sales Support
- Deliver engaging, tailored product demonstrations to prospects
- Support sales representatives during the pre-sales process
- Qualify client needs and map product functionality to business outcomes
Client Enablement & Solution Support
- Assist existing customers with feature adoption and product optimization
- Participate in webinars, trade shows, and user events as a subject matter expert
- Field questions around functionality, particularly within accounting, payroll, and job costing
Product Knowledge & Collaboration
- Develop expertise in the ERP platform, particularly modules related to financials, project management, and field operations
- Share client feedback with internal stakeholders to inform product enhancements
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on demo environments and campaign follow-up
Internal Readiness
- Help train internal teams on product features, updates, and best practices
- Contribute to CRM tracking and pre-sales documentation
- 3–5+ years in a Product Specialist, Pre-Sales, or SaaS Client Success role
- Demonstrated experience with ERP or accounting software platforms
- Solid understanding of accounting workflows such as GL, AR/AP, job costing, and payroll
- Familiarity with the construction, HVAC, or service contracting industries
- Strong presentation, communication, and client-facing skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, or related field
