Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to lead both our assembly and metal fabrication operations. The successful candidate will oversee the assembly and metal fabrication processes, ensuring efficient workflow and maintaining high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of both the assembly and metal fabrication departments.
- Manage and supervise a team of permanent and temporary employees.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Requirements
- University degree in mechanical or industrial engineering, or a similar field, is required.
- Proven experience in a production or assembly management role.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
