About IEC Hamilton

IEC Hamilton is a not-for-profit organization that connects industry, education, and community to help young people explore careers and build skills for the future world of work. You will also assist with outreach efforts to help recruit volunteers and community partners who wish to contribute to IEC Hamilton programs.

These roles are primarily on-site support positions, helping ensure events and workshops run smoothly and that participants experience a welcoming and well-organized environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys public speaking, building relationships, and supporting youth in community and school settings.
