Who We Are:STC is a joint venture between Aecon and FCC Canada Ltd. that was selected by Metrolinx to deliver the Scarborough Subway Extension – Stations, Rails and Systems (SSE-SRS) package. The Scarborough Subway Extension will bring the TTC’s Line 2 subway service nearly eight kilometers farther into Scarborough. It will extend from Kennedy Station to Sheppard Avenue and McCowan Road, providing quick and seamless transit for those heading into and out of the downtown core and those travelling within Scarborough. The extension will replace Line 3 (the Scarborough RT), helping to reduce travel times and improve access to jobs, schools, and other key destinations throughout the city.As part of this project, we are currently looking for a Commercial Coordinator to join our team.What You Will Do:Assist with Variations Management process including STC administration and documentation processes.Log and escalate change requests throughout project execution.Coordinate with key stakeholders to help with implementation and execution of change management and other commercial processes from and towards third parties.Follow notice processes as per the project agreement to ensure compliance/timely delivery.Assist in administering the Project Agreement.Coordinate commercial working group meetings with client.Assist with commercial reporting and compliance with the Project Agreement.Coordinate with STC insurance advisors to address commercial related matters.Assist during commercial management of project close out/post practical completion, including deficiency resolution, records, substantial performance certification, holdback release payments and lessons learned.Other duties as may be delegated or required from time to time at the direction of commercial management.Drive an inclusive culture to promote equity, welcome different perspectives and enable career progression by fostering a sense of belonging.
