Our client, a leading organization in the financial sector, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of the project management team supporting various initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Remote (must work EST hours)

What’s the Job?

  • Assist the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and project deliverables.
  • Coordinate calendars, logistics, and documentation for project activities.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and support change management processes.
  • Manage meetings, take minutes, and track follow-ups on action items.
  • Support the development of detailed project plans and timelines.

What’s Needed?

  • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or IT support roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
  • Comfort with spreadsheets, data handling, and numbers.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
