As a Project Coordinator you will be responsible for maintaining strong client relations, generating quotations in response to request for proposals (RFP’s), sourcing of required parts, and monitoring and aiding in the invoicing process. Working hand in hand with the Account Executive leveraging your strong communication and leadership skills to positively influence others and drive for results.

This position will be located in Toronto, ON at the RBC office: 155 Wellington St W, Toronto, ON M5V 3H1

As Project Coordinator you:

  • Provide detailed documentation upon request to effectively resolve client inquiries.
  • Complete accurate data entry of pertinent client information into Jonas to maintain up to date client profiles used to develop and modify Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
  • Aid in the development of the monthly maintenance schedule to ensure conservation of client equipment and satisfaction of SLA’s.
  • Generate simple quotations for clients to provide a scope of work for recommendations or in response to RFP’s.
  • Assist Purchasing department when necessary to obtain pricing for required parts
  • Effectively monitor the invoice creation and delivery process and provide support when necessary to ensure timely billing of client.
  • Effectively communicate with clients disputing invoices to resolve or explain real or perceived discrepancies.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • 3-5 years related industry experience; electrical trade experience an asset.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, ERP systems and SAP considered an asset
  • Technical background in voice, infrastructure, collb (ideally)
  • Understand compliance/audit
