Manage commercial construction projects valued between $10,000,000 – $50,000,000
Manage project activities, including budget, costs, and timelines
Act as liaison with clients, designers, and other project stakeholders
Organize project teams and guides them to produce deliverables
5+ years of Construction Project Management experience
~ Experience working on Commercial projects, ranging in value from $10 – $50 million.
~ Technical Degree or Engineering Degree would be preferred
