Position: Project EngineerLocation: LachineA well-established North American engineering firm specializing in industrial building systems is seeking a Project Engineer to join their team. This is a key role for an experienced professional who thrives on managing complex projects with autonomy and accountability.As a Project Engineer, you’ll take ownership of large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects—from planning and design to installation and commissioning. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery across North America.What You’ll Do:- Lead full-cycle project management for industrial building system installations- Conduct engineering calculations and coordinate designs- Communicate directly with customers and OEMs- Oversee fabrication, installation, and commissioning- Support sales and R&D teams with proposals and product improvementsIdeal Profile:- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline- 5-7 years of experience in project management, ideally in industrial or mechanical engineering environments- Proficient in computer tools and software related to engineering/project management- Ability to travel internationally (a valid passport is required)- Able to work independently while also being an effective team contributor- Demonstrates initiative, leadership skills, organized and ability to meet and effectively manage deadlines Location: Projects across Canada and the USAProjects: Multi-million-dollar installations, existing machine enhancements, high-value engineering environmentsReady to take ownership of exciting, large-scale engineering projects with a respected industry leader?
