Our client, a well-established and respected commercial general contractor based in Calgary, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality commercial projects.
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle—from pre-construction through to close-out. You’ll work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Lead and manage commercial construction projects from inception to completion
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
Monitor site progress and proactively address any issues or delays
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams
Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial construction project management
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore), and project documentation
PMP certification or equivalent is considered an asset
