PMO Head

As PMO Head and first line of defense, accountable for overseeing active projects within our clients portfolio to monitor, mitigate, and report on change delivery risk in accordance with enterprise directives.

This includes:

  • Project and Risk Management:
  • Status reporting to leadership and executives (project and portfolio level)
  • KRI & performance monitoring against enterprise thresholds, accountability for data quality oversight
  • Quarterly PMRO attestation reporting
  • Accountability for control test, project gating, and health check activities
  • Act as primary point of contact for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Line of Defense control test and audit engagements
  • Strategic Leadership: Support development of multi-year strategy and roadmap, annual fiscal planning cycle including resource forecasting
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership and business units to align projects with strategic priorities
  • Capability Development: Build and mentor a high-performing PMO team; drive continuous improvement and professional development
  • Manage a team of Project Managers and other practitioners as required
  • Budget Management: Oversee PMO budget and optimize resource utilization for maximum efficiency
