Required Skills & Experience
– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
– 3-7 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years of project management experience
– Proven track record in leading transformation initiatives and change management
– Knowledge of mechanical design, manufacturing production, and metrology
– Fully bilingual French/English
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
– PMP certification.
– Experience in aerospace, automotive, or a similar industry.
– Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python, C++).
– Experience working with Jira

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to join a top aerospace company in Longueuil, QC. This role is 5x week onsite.
The successful candidate will support initiatives aiming to modernize product definition, manufacturing, and quality inspection by integrating advanced 3D modeling, automation, and cutting‑edge technologies such as 3D scanning and high‑precision CMMs to improve lead times, quality, costs, and engine performance. The selected candidate will oversee multiple innovative projects, develop business plans, and shape the team’s strategic direction while producing key analyses, dashboards, and risk and contingency plans.
