Project Manager – Curtain Wall & Glazing

100% ON site role.
Position Overview
- Responsible for managing and executing commercial glazing projects from start to finish.
- Lead all aspects of project delivery, including scope definition, resource allocation, budgeting, scheduling, and quality assurance.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality project completion.
- Emphasize client satisfaction, risk management, safety, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
Primary Tasks
- Create and execute project plans and construction schedules.
- Manage client relationships and deliver timely project updates.
- Monitor project costs and ensure financial targets are met.
- Coordinate materials, labor, and equipment logistics.
- Perform site visits to assess progress and address issues.
- Maintain and organize all relevant project documentation.
- Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Work collaboratively with all parties to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- Additional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), LEED, or Gold Seal Certification are considered strong assets.
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects, including at least 2+ years in glazing, curtain wall, or building envelope systems.
