New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking experienced IT Project Managers (Consultants) to support the delivery of internal technology initiatives. Working alongside other IT consultants, staff, and business experts, you will play a vital role in advising on, designing, and implementing IT solutions aligned with our long-term technology roadmap.<br/><br/>Responsibilities:<br/><br/>Leading internal IT projects from conception through execution.
You will coordinate resources, manage budgets, develop timelines, and communicate progress with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
Lead the planning and execution of IT projects to meet goals on time and within budget.
Assign resources, define scope, and track milestones across the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with our teams to ensure projects align with business objectives and technical standards.
Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders and leadership teams.
Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and adapt plans as needed.
Ensure compliance with security best practices throughout deployment and implementation phases.<br/><br/>Requirements:<br/><br/>5+ years in an IT management or leadership role.
10+ years of experience in your specific technical domain.
Proven track record in end-to-end IT project deployment (minimum 10 years).
Working knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., SCRUM, Waterfall).
Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field, or equivalent combination of certifications and experience.
Strong understanding of IT security principles and their role in system delivery.
