Our growing company is seeking energetic, positive, and reliable Project Manager to support our customers.

About the Opportunity

The Project Manager will be responsible for independently managing projects of moderate complexity. S/He will oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring activities to ensure successful delivery. The Project Manager will work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Coordinate project resources and manage project team members.
  • Monitor project progress and identify and address potential risks and issues.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage project documentation, including project schedules, reports, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making within the project team.
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and standards.
  • Assist in the development of project-related policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Participate in project post-mortem activities to identify lessons learned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management.
  • Experience in managing medium-sized projects.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Strong project management skills and experience.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and diverse team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of project risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
