We are looking for a project manager to act as a Sensequake representative to pitch Sensequake sensing-based services to bridge and building owners worldwide. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities and partnerships by contacting and developing relationships with potential public and private asset owners and structural engineering companies.

Job description

· Finding leads to add to the sales funnel

· Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails

· Present remotely or in-person our technologies & services to potential clients

· Work well with social media (LinkedIn)

· Attending trade shows and world-wide conferences

· Expand our customer network both inside and outside of Canada

· Negotiate contracts with clients

· Track public tender web sites and prepare sales proposals in response to the RFPs

· Report to the CEO on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results

· Update the CRM with daily sales activity

Skills required

• Strong social and presentation skills with excellent written and verbal communication

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/structural Engineering

• Passion for technology, self-motivated and a team player

• Willing to travel in Canada and other countries

• 3 years or more of work experience

Assets

• Bilingual in English and French

• Knowledge in earthquake engineering

• Knowledge about ambient vibration tests and modal identification

• Experience in structural health monitoring technologies
