What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the central hub for project coordination across internal teams and external partners
  • Lead daily syncs across time zones — aligning priorities, removing blockers, and smoothing handoffs
  • Manage day-to-day communication with vendors, licensees, and stakeholders, ensuring everyone’s aligned on timelines and deliverables
  • Translate business goals into clear project plans, timelines, and next steps
  • Maintain project documentation and workflows in Monday.com, with time tracking/reporting via Harvest
  • Track progress, flag risks early, and manage scope or timeline changes proactively
  • Support project budgeting and vendor cost tracking
  • Foster a culture of clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement

What You Bring

  • PMP certification (Project Management Professional) – yes, we’re looking for a certified pro!
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on project management experience
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex workflows
  • Comfortable leading meetings, facilitating communication, and managing competing priorities
  • Proficiency with Monday.com, Harvest, and collaborative tools like Google Workspace or Slack
  • Strong communication skills — you keep things clear, concise, and human
  • A calm, proactive, solution-oriented approach (bonus points for a good sense of humor)
