About the Role
The Curtain Call Custom Interiors is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee custom home renovation and interior design projects across White Rock, Surrey and Langley. You’ll manage each phase of a project from planning to final installation, ensuring designs are executed with care and efficiency. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication, and a commitment to maintaining our reputation for quality and service.
What You’ll Do
- Manage custom renovation and design projects from start to finish
- Coordinate trades, suppliers, permitting, and materials to ensure smooth project flow
- Work alongside the interior design team to implement design intent with accuracy
- Use ClickUp to manage tasks, timelines, and key project milestones
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress, cleanliness, and workmanship
- Maintain clear communication with clients and the internal team throughout the project
- Track and document project progress with written updates and job site photos
- Monitor budgets and timelines closely, adjusting as needed to maintain project scope
- Ensure all work complies with BC Building Codes and applicable municipal regulations
What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing residential renovation or design-build projects
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, trades, and site coordination
- Ability to read and interpret design drawings and architectural plans
- Proficiency with digital project management tools, particularly ClickUp
- Excellent communication, organizational and client service skills
- A collaborative approach to working with designers, clients, and trades
- Valid BC driver’s license and reliable vehicle for site travel across the Lower Mainland
Preferred Qualifications
- Education in construction, project management, or interior design
- Familiarity with high-end residential project standards
- Understanding of permitting processes and municipal requirements in BC
- Experience working in a boutique or high-end residential renovation environment
What to Expect
You’ll typically manage three to five active projects at various stages, working closely with our interior designers to ensure every detail is executed with care. This role is not responsible for design work but requires a deep appreciation for design standards and client expectations. You’ll be joining a small, experienced team that values craftsmanship, clear communication, and exceptional client service.

Compensation
We offer competitive compensation based on experience, with an expected range of $70,000 to $85,000 annually. Additional benefits include extended health and dental coverage, paid time off, and a mileage allowance for site travel.
