Contract Opportunity: Senior Project Manager/Leader (RQ09837)

Client: Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement

Location: 222 Jarvis St, Toronto

Duration: 8 months (Nov 15, 2025 – Jun 30, 2026)

Hybrid Schedule:

  • Oct 20, 2025 → 4 days onsite / 1 day remote
  • Jan 5, 2026 → Fully onsite (5 days/week)

Must-Have Experience (10+ years):

  • Integrated Enterprise Project Management across business & I&IT
  • Leading multi-year, multi-million $$ projects
  • Oracle Siebel CRM IT project delivery

Product Management (50%)

  • End-to-end product planning, vision, strategy & lifecycle
  • Requirements gathering, prioritization & roadmap creation
  • OPS assessments (TRA/PIA), financial analysis & stakeholder mgmt
  • Cross-functional team coordination & scope/risk control

Technical & Integration (25%)

  • Microsoft Azure fundamentals
  • Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Kanban, Trello
  • Miro, Teams, Confluence, Slack, Zoom, Office 365

Documentation (20%)

  • Business cases, PI200+ PIAs, TRAs, communication plans
  • Agile artifacts: epics, user stories, release plans

  • ITIL processes (incident, release, problem mgmt)
