<p><b>Job Title:</b> Project Manager, State of Good Repair (SOGR)</p><p><b>Duration: </b>6 month Contract w/ possible extension</p><p><b>Work Model:</b> Onsite</p><p><b>Hourly Rate: </b>$45.55/hr (T4) $50/hr (Incorporated)</p><p><br></p><p><b>Position Summary</b></p><p>The Integrated Operations Division is seeking a Project Manager to lead State-of-Good-Repair (SOGR) projects across GO/UP train stations and bus facilities. This individual contributor will manage project bundles valued between $0.25M–$5M, ensuring safe, on-time, and cost-effective delivery while maintaining a strong customer experience during construction.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Lead projects through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.</li><li>Maintain project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and reporting.</li><li>Conduct site inspections and ensure contractor compliance with safety and OHSA requirements.</li><li>Manage vendors and contracts to ensure performance meets standards.</li><li>Coordinate stakeholders, RCAC access, and required approvals.</li><li>Monitor and mitigate customer (CSAT) and safety impacts during construction.</li><li>Maintain project documentation, chair meetings, and drive continuous improvement.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering Technology, Building Science, or equivalent.</li><li>Minimum 5 years’ experience in planning, design, and construction of transit or public-facing facilities.</li><li>Strong knowledge of project management (cost, schedule, contracts, risk).</li><li>PMP, CET, or P.Eng. considered an asset.</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office.</li><li>Valid Ontario Class “G” Driver’s Licence and access to a vehicle.</li></ul><p></p>
