Role: PM with ServiceNow implementations experience

Contract length: 12 months, potential to extend

Location: downtown Toronto (King Street West/ Dufferin Street)

Hybrid Model: 3x per week on site (non negotiable)

Work hours per week: 37.5

Rate: depends on expertise level (targeting 80-90/hr, incorporated)

Role Overview

Lead a year-long, enterprise digital transformation, delivering end-to-end implementation of multiple ServiceNow modules. Responsible for legacy system transition, managing the implementation partner, and ensuring platform architecture aligns with long-term business objectives.

Role Focus: Lead the end-to-end deployment and integration of ServiceNow FSM, SOM, SPM, and Source-to-Pay, driving operational efficiency, order lifecycle improvement, portfolio alignment, and digitized procurement workflows.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of IT Project Management experience, including 2–3 full-lifecycle ServiceNow implementations (FSM, SOM, or SPM preferred)
  • Expert-level Agile/Scrum experience; familiarity with ServiceNow Now Create methodology is a strong plus
  • Strong technical fluency to engage with developers on ServiceNow architecture and integrations

Certifications

  • Required: PMP or PRINCE2
  • Preferred: ServiceNow CSA or CIS

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full project lifecycle: discovery, requirements, UAT, training, and go-live
  • Manage the full SDLC for ServiceNow implementations (FSM, SOM, SPM, Source-to-Pay)
  • Lead external implementation partners, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Act as the bridge between technical teams and Field Services, Finance, and Operations stakeholders
  • Drive organizational change management to ensure adoption and smooth workflow transitions
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, scope, milestones, and success metrics
  • Lead executive steering committees and maintain full project governance (status, RAID, budget)
