Our Developer client is looking to add a Property Manager to their growing team who will be managing a mixed-portfolio of Commercial and Residential properties.

Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the operations of properties from meeting with tenants, completing inspections, resolving issues, scheduling services, onboarding tenants, maintenance requests.
- Coordinate and manage regular property maintenance, cleaning, repair work orders, and service requests in collaboration with the Building Manager, who reports directly to this role.
- Address ad hoc property management matters as they arise, handle occasional after-hours emergencies.
- Prepare budgets, expense control, utilize reports such as income and expense reports, vacancy reports, to guide decision-making to improve overall management of properties.
- Prepare monthly owner reports & financial statements
- Lead leasing of residential units
- Screen tenants, prepare and execute lease/rental agreements, advertise and market vacant units
- Schedule, Track and Coordinate key property related processes including inspections, lease-ups and departures, late payments, lease renewals using Yardi Property Management Software.
- Manage commercial lease-ups, coordinating with external leasing agents to fill vacant spaces.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience as a Property Manager (Ideally having managed both Commercial and Residential assets)
- New build/ new development experience is an asset
