Work closely with producers, on-air talent, and technical staff to quickly resolve issues.
Collaborate with the broader Engineering and IT team across Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and PEI.
Proven experience with RF systems and FM broadcast transmitters.
Strong troubleshooting skills for studio and remote broadcast systems; familiarity with Axia IP audio and Wide Orbit automation is an asset.
Solid knowledge of Windows Server environments, IP networking, and general IT infrastructure. Post-secondary education in Electronics, Computer Science, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
