We have an exciting opportunity to join the role of a Receptionist working in the Reception and Intake Departments. Your role will include but are not limited to the following:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Greeting clients
  • Answering phones
  • Preparing client documents
  • Arranging transportation for clients
  • Arranging couriers
  • Track mailroom supplies (e.g. stamps, envelopes, address labels).
  • Other clerical and administrative support duties as directed by Management.

Skills:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner
  • Knowledge of spreadsheets and work processing documents
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent typing skills.

Experience:

  • Previous work experience as a Receptionist is a plus.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Great communication, literacy and interpersonal skills.
  • Have excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Ability to handle sensitive documents.
