Receptionist Opportunity (Full time, Permanent) – Mississauga, ON

Compensation: $50,000-$55,000 + 3 weeks vacations + benefits package + RSP match + onsite package

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person/office.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
  • Ensure entryway, boardroom, kitchen, & workroom are kept tidy and presentable.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and courier packages.
  • Order office supplies and keep inventory in stock.
  • Prepare boardroom for meetings.
  • Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, etc. as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Must be punctual and reliable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (printer, phones, etc.) is ideal.
  • Must possess a high degree of professionalism with regards to our clientele.
  • College education preferred.
