Job Title: Recruitment Administrator

Status: 12-Month Contract

Location: Stoney Creek, ON

Reports to: Talent Development Specialist / HR Manager

OBJECTIVES:

The Recruitment Administrator (12-month Contract) will work with the Talent Development Specialist to provide essential administrative and coordination support for high-volume, full-cycle recruitment across the organization. This role ensures smooth hiring operations, timely candidate communication, accurate recruitment data management, and effective support for talent attraction initiatives. The Recruitment Administrator plays a key role in enhancing the visibility of NRF as an employer of choice and maintaining a strong, consistent candidate pipeline.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Full-Cycle, High-Volume Recruitment Coordination

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for high-volume recruitment, often coordinating multiple roles across several branches and departments.
  • Support all stages of the recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, reference checks, and candidate follow-up.
  • Manage Dayforce requisitions, postings, applicant flow, and candidate status updates with accuracy and urgency.
  • Prepare interview packages, scorecards, and support multi-panel or cross-time-zone scheduling.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely, professional communication and a positive experience.
  • Assist in coordinating recruitment outreach efforts and sourcing activities.

2. Talent Attraction, Job Fairs & Social Media Support

  • Help organize, prepare for, and attend job fairs, industry events, and campus career days as required throughout the contract term.
  • Prepare recruitment materials, signage, presentations, and supplies for events.
  • Support employer branding efforts by assisting with social media updates for job postings, recruitment campaigns, and career-related content.
  • Help maintain consistent and professional messaging across platforms to strengthen NRF’s recruitment presence and talent attraction.

3. Talent & Recruitment Systems Support

  • Maintain accurate recruitment and talent data in Dayforce and internal tracking tools.
  • Prepare and distribute reports on hiring progress, vacancy statuses, pipelines, and recruitment KPIs.
  • Assist in improving templates, workflows, and tools to enhance recruitment efficiency.
  • Draft recruitment-related documentation as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of administrative experience, ideally in recruitment or high-volume hiring environments.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Strong communicator with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office; Dayforce experience is an asset.
  • Comfortable attending job fairs and representing the organization professionally.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Pay Range 50k-52k Annually
