The Opportunity:
- We’re adding a Recruitment Researcher to our team! We work primarily with Seed-through-Series C-funded Saas & Technology Founders that are looking for 10x-multiplier hires.
- In this role, you will map out our clients’ competitors and domains, source potential candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter, and ultimately connect our Executive Recruiters to the right people at the right time.
- Your main focus is to find candidates that our clients will want to interview, based on the specifics of the role and the backgrounds Founders are looking for.
The Skills/Requirement Needed to Succeed:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a Research-oriented role. Any exposure to the Recruitment industry is a BIG plus.
- You have had some exposure to LinkedIn Recruiter.
- You are able to identify keywords and Boolean phrases quickly, and have ideally used LLMs in the past to help you find the right data.
- You’re able to commute to an office downtown Toronto (Queen & University) at least 1 time per week.
- Salary range – $40k – $70k
