We’re currently seeking an Intake Social Worker to join our Program Support team.About the Role:Reporting to the Supervisor, this role is part of a small, tight-knit team. You’ll be responsible for coordinating services, processing referrals, and advising clients on the types of programs available.This is a heavily administrative position involving phone-based (and potential in-person) intake assessments, completing forms, and working closely with field staff and program coaches.
