Position Summary

The Regional Admissions Officer is responsible for recruiting students within a designated territory to enroll in the school. This role is part-time or commission-based, rewarding successful enrollments. The officer will represent the school in their region, build local partnerships, and manage the admissions pipeline from lead generation to enrollment.

Regions Covered: South America, Africa, South Asia, East Asia, Southeast Asia & Eastern Europe

Key Responsibilities

International Student Recruitment & Outreach

  • Identify and develop new recruitment opportunities within the assigned geographic area.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective students, parents, counselors, education consultants, and community leaders.
  • Attend local school fairs, community events, and expos to promote the school

Lead Generation & Sales Conversion

  • Identify potential students through direct outreach, referrals, agent networks, and digital campaigns.
  • Follow up with inquiries via email, phone, messaging apps and video calls.
  • Provide personalized guidance through the admissions process: from initial inquiry to application submission and enrollment confirmation.

Application Support & Admissions Coordination

  • Assist students and parents with understanding admission criteria, required documentation, testing requirements, and interview preparation.
  • Coordinate with the admissions office to ensure efficient processing of applications from international regions.

Cross-Cultural Communication & Representation

  • Act as the cultural and linguistic bridge between the school and the region’s families.
  • Address questions about curriculum, school life, boarding, cultural adjustment, tuition, and scholarships in a locally relevant way.
  • Deliver virtual or in-person info sessions in the student/family’s preferred language where possible (or arrange interpreters if necessary).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in student recruitment, international education, or educational consulting.
  • Familiarity with education systems in one or more of the covered regions.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as Burmese, Vietnamese, Ukrainian, Georgian, Indonesian, Spanish, Portuguese, Hindi, Arabic, Cantonese etc. are strong assets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
