We’re recruiting a full-time Business Development Representative to focus on the U.S. market, especially targeting wind, solar, and airport operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, and convert new leads (primarily in the U.S.)
  • Conduct high-volume outreach (cold calling, email, networking) to build your pipeline
  • Pitch SaaS solutions tailored to client needs in renewable energy
  • Own your book of business and help build sales processes from the ground up
  • Travel occasionally to industry tradeshows or client meetings in North America
  • Collaborate with a small, agile team and contribute to a culture of innovation

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in business development or B2B SaaS sales
  • A proven track record of generating leads and closing deals
  • Strong presentation & communication skills – English fluency is essential
  • Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and results-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
  • Knowledge of the renewable energy or aviation industry is an asset
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Spanish proficiency is a plus
