Administrative duties, reactive repairs, coordinating contractors and keeping stakeholders updated
Your new company My client is recruiting for a fantastic opportunity to join their team as a Repairs Administrator on a temporary basis.
Your new role You’ll play a key part in the operational and administrative management of reactive repairs orders, helping to ensure high-quality, value-for-money services are delivered to residents. This role involves coordinating works, managing repair orders, and supporting both contractors and customers to resolve issues efficiently.
Coordinate works between residents and contractors, resolving site issues
Monitor and manage repair orders through to completion, keeping stakeholders updated
Handle customer repair issues to prevent escalation
Support the customer contact centre with repair queries and first contact resolution
Raise orders and invoices to support budget compliance
Take and circulate meeting minutes
What you’ll need to succeed
Experience managing a high-volume caseload in a reactive repairs environment
Knowledge of housing repairs, including regulatory requirements
Ability to coordinate works related to damp, mould, leaks, and structural damage
Strong stakeholder collaboration skills
Experience supporting vulnerable residents and resolving complaints empathetically
Proficiency in housing management software – Northgate, CRM and Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and administrative skills
