Salary: $65,000 – $85,000 (based on experience and Portfolio assigned)

About the Role

f you’re a Property Manager who is passionate about community engagement, resident connection, and affordable housing, this role offers the opportunity to manage properties with purpose.

This position goes beyond day-to-day operations. You’ll play an active role in building and sustaining strong rental communities, supporting residents from diverse cultural, social, and economic backgrounds, and helping create environments where people feel respected, supported, and at home.

You’ll be encouraged to bring a people-first approach to property management—one that values clear communication, empathy, and presence. Community initiatives and resident events are an important part of this role, and you’ll have the support of a collaborative internal team that shares the same values.

This is a full-time, in-office role based out of the downtown (free parking included), where you’ll take full ownership of your assigned portfolio while working closely with leadership, operations, and on-site teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential portfolio
  • Build positive, professional relationships with residents
  • Support affordable and community-oriented housing environments
  • Organize resident engagement and community events
  • Work closely with maintenance, leasing, and accounting teams
  • Manage budgets, reporting, and vendor relationships
  • Address resident concerns with professionalism, empathy, and follow-through

Key Requirements & Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in residential property management
  • Hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager is required
  • Experience with affordable housing, mixed-income communities, or community-focused portfolios
  • A human, approachable, and solution-oriented management style
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $65,000–$85,000 annually, depending on experience and portfolio assigned
