The Responsible Gambling Analyst will handle RG related escalations and support analysis of high-risk accounts to provide recommendations of intervention types.

Vacancy Status: New

Responsibilities:

  • Handle RG related escalations from CS and VIP teams
  • Undertake regular analysis of high risk accounts and recommend intervention types where appropriate
  • Perform manual, tailored interventions by required channel(s) to high risk players
  • Support the VIP team in handling RG related concerns seen in VIP communications or behaviours
  • Continuously suggest procedural improvements to optimize department efficiency and achievement of objectives & key results
  • Support the CS team with support tickets during peak times & ticket volume surges to ensure speedy ticket resolutions
  • Appropriately escalate complex cases in a timely manner to management ensuring relevant stakeholders are correctly informed & included
  • Take over live tickets from CS where a player is suspected of being in distress
  • Help ensure RG related help centre articles are always up to date, accurate and relevant

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Post‑secondary education in a related field or 1+ years’ relevant work experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data/reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and sound judgment when assessing player risk.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and bank holidays

Nice to have:

  • Experience in iGaming, particularly in RG, AML/ATF, risk, fraud, or customer operations, or similar in other regulated industries is a strong asset.
  • French language ability is desirable but not essential.
