Prime Potions is looking for the right person who wants to grow their career and put their fingerprints on this department.ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a person who has a keen interested in the personal care industry and related experience in office management with a strong background in sales. The ideal candidate would have experience in the personal care industry or a related field. We are looking for a high energy individual that has a good grasp industry trends, raw material knowledge in the industry to help guide our clients through the development process. **You must be legally authorized to work in Canada (Canadian Citizenship, Permanent Resident)**Some of the day to day duties of this position are (but not limited to):- Account Management of client portfolios, taking customer enquiries, and working closely with the R&D department to help develop clients products and maintain their account for ongoing production and development – Manage the basic day-to-day financial operations and office operations.- Work closely with the Management team to review processes, implement best practices and enhance productivity. and create and organize systems.Work closely with our production team to help lay out the details for clients prodution, to fulfill clients needs.- Assist in developing and maintaining management reporting- Help aid company compliance with all regulatory and governmental agencies.- Support Management on special projects.- Perform various other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.- Advanced proficiency in Google Suite.- Experience in manufacturing and inventory accounting an asset.- Experience QuickBooks Online is an asset.- Demonstrates high energy with the ability to remain flexible and change priorities in a challenging and fast-paced environment.- Capable problem solver who follows rigorous logic to bring practical solutions to complex problems.- Strong commitment to personal excellence and willingness to go the extra mile.- Flexibility to support beyond core business hours when necessary.- Competitive salary with benefits, with potential for bonus structure.
