About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and curious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to power the next phase of growth for our Talent Solutions business, which includes Edumine and Careermine. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers—engaging inbound marketing leads and driving outbound campaigns to book high-quality discovery meetings for our Corporate Sales team.

What You’ll Do
- Own the top of the sales funnel: engage inbound MQLs and prospect cold leads using a multichannel approach (phone, email, InMail, social, and more).
- Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and contribute to pipeline growth by influencing revenue across the Talent Solutions business.
- Develop a deep understanding of Edumine and Careermine’s value propositions, personas, and ideal customer profiles.
- Partner with Marketing to execute global demand generation campaigns that increase awareness and lead volume.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM and consistently manage your pipeline through tools like Salesloft and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Share insights and learnings with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to continuously improve go-to-market efforts.
What We’re Looking For
- 1 or more years of experience in a sales development, business development, or lead generation role – preferably in tech, SaaS, or ed-tech.
- Proven ability to book meetings and open doors with B2B buyers using cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and creative outreach methods.
- You have a strong sense of curiosity and can uncover business initiatives and challenges that prospective customers are having. Being an effective problem solver is critical in this role.
- You have a growth mindset, a positive attitude with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- You are a motivated individual who is driven to achieve goals and who can demonstrate persistence.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools – experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a bonus.
- Familiarity or interest in learning, recruiting, L&D, or talent development spaces.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
