Description

Responsibilities: ● Lead and mentor the Sales Development team, ensuring alignment with the advertiser growth objectives. ● Develop and implement effective outreach strategies using email, LinkedIn, and call campaigns. ● Monitor and optimize lead qualification processes, ensuring high conversion rates. ● Track SDR performance metrics (calls, meetings booked, response rates, conversion rates). ● Work closely with Account Managers to ensure seamless lead handoff and pipeline management. ● Drive sales enablement initiatives, providing SDRs with training, scripts, and industry best practices. ● Implement and refine automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, etc.) for sales prospecting. ● Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions, performance reviews, and SDR development plans. ● Prepare and present weekly sales pipeline reports to stakeholders. ● Stay updated with the advertising products and industry trends to tailor sales outreach. Skills & Qualifications: ● 4+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Lead Generation. ● 2+ years of experience leading SDR teams, driving revenue through lead qualification. ● Strong expertise in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach). ● Exceptional communication and coaching skills. ● Data-driven mindset with a passion for sales strategy and optimization.
