The Mullings Group Search Canada has partnered with our client, Natures Formulae Health Products, in the search to find an experienced Sales Manager to join their team in Kelowna. Natures Formulae is a progressive Canadian product development and manufacturing company with over 30 years’ experience specializing in natural health products ranging from Cosmetics, Aromatherapy, Extracts, and General Consumer Products.

This position is on-site full-time and remote or hybrid work arrangement are not available.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately set and achieve sales targets by growing both new and existing clients in multiple sales channels.
  • Manage sales expansion and growth in target industries and markets (USA and Canada).
  • Manage budget that includes both sales and expense targets.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a highly effective team that includes sales, marketing and support staff.
  • Ensure team’s activity is creating appropriate pipeline, review deals, and provide assistance where needed throughout the pipeline to ultimately close the business.
  • Implement and manage the adoption of key sales tools.
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
  • Provide weekly reports and present quarterly OKRs to management team.
  • Represent the organization’s brand in a professional manner consistent with the values of the company.
  • Ensure that employees follow company policies and procedures.
  • Assist President with other projects, as needed.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience in selling directly to mid-sized and enterprise clients in the health and wellness or cosmetics industry.
  • 5+ years of sales management experience leading teams and accurately forecasting revenue projections.
  • Consistent track record for running a metric-driven business using CRM analytics with proven results in pipeline growth, accuracy, predictability, and consistency in achieving quarterly and annual targets.
  • Successful management of high-performance sales teams.
  • Highly-motivated professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of energy, drive, accountability, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, and professionalism who is a self-starter with solid organizational and planning skills.
  • Knowledge of Spire and Hubspot is an asset.
