Sales & Marketing Director – Investment Management and Family Office

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing and implementing sales and marketing strategies within the company. By understanding industry and economic trends, you will establish lead, sales, and marketing goals and strategies for the firm, and develop new clients and client relationships. You will work alongside the President and are expected to generate leads, set appointments, and follow up on meetings to close new opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategies to achieve business and sales goals
  • Provide and implement the company’s sales strategies for investment management and financial advisory services
  • Monitor industry trends and market competitors to support sales goals
  • Develop marketing plans and implement strategic sales & marketing campaigns
  • Provide forecasts for sales and marketing goals and strategies
  • Achieve lead, appointment, asset gathering, and sales targets weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.

Qualifications

  • Sales, marketing, and lead generation experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant area
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
