This innovative and one‑of‑a‑kind program uses a wide range of data to equip agronomists across North America, helping ensure sustainable and healthy crops.<br/><br/>As a<br/><br/>Sales Representative , you will leverage your communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with agricultural clients and present the company’s technical services. As a true ambassador of the AIR program, you will actively contribute to its visibility and play a key role in the sustainable improvement of agricultural practices.<br/><br/>This position offers a unique opportunity for professional growth through the following responsibilities:<br/><br/>Prospect and engage with targeted potential clients across North America<br/><br/>Manage customer service for existing clients and other stakeholders<br/><br/>Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and other documents<br/><br/>Participate in data collection (clients, contacts, media, etc.) and maintain databases up to date<br/><br/>Coordinate administrative and logistical follow‑ups for files<br/><br/>Required Skills<br/><br/>Diploma in professional sales consulting, ASP representation (asset), or equivalent experience; agricultural knowledge (strong asset)<br/><br/>Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle<br/><br/>Experience in customer service or project management (asset)<br/><br/>Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite<br/><br/>Required Qualities<br/><br/>Strong ability to establish initial contact with clients<br/><br/>Transparency and authenticity at the core of client interactions<br/><br/>Autonomy and excellent organizational skills<br/><br/>Flexible schedule (availability for representation events)<br/><br/>Bilingualism required to serve English‑speaking clients<br/><br/>Employment Conditions<br/><br/>40‑hour work week<br/><br/>6‑month contract (January to June) with possibility of extension and annual renewal<br/><br/>Competitive base salary<br/><br/>Flexible working hours<br/><br/>Performance bonus linked to sales volume<br/><br/>Technical training provided internally<br/><br/>Numerous social events offered within the company<br/><br/>*
