Salesforce Consultant – Fully Remote (Canada)
Qorali are working in partnership with a boutique consulting firm as they search for a talented Salesforce Consultant to join their growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity across Canada, offering the chance to work on diverse Salesforce projects with a supportive, specialist consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Sales Cloud implementations, including:
- Opportunity management, forecasting, pipeline visibility, and sales process automation.
- Customization of lead assignment rules, territory management, and reporting dashboards.
- Deliver and optimize Service Cloud solutions, including:
- Case management, omni‑channel routing, and knowledge base configuration.
- Service Console customization and integration with CTI/telephony systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Configure workflows, validation rules, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder).
- Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure adoption and best practice.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant with hands‑on delivery in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Strong technical skills in configuration, automation, and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical solutions with business needs.
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) are a plus.
