Job Title: Salesforce Lead Developer / Associate Architect

Location: Remote (USA/Canada)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Lead Developer / Associate Architect to join our dynamic team. This is a remote role open to professionals based in the USA or Canada. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Salesforce Industries Cloud (Communication Cloud) and OmniStudio, along with a strong architectural mindset to deliver scalable and innovative Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end design and development of Salesforce Communication Cloud solutions.
  • Architect and implement scalable solutions using OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors).
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Lead code reviews and enforce development best practices.
  • Guide development teams in solution delivery and mentor junior developers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce development lifecycle, security best practices, and governance.
  • Work closely with QA teams for test planning and defect resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Industries Cloud (Communication Cloud).
  • Proven experience in OmniStudio components: FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and declarative automation tools.
  • Experience with source control (Git), CI/CD tools, and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Certifications (Required):

  • Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer (preferred)
  • Salesforce Industries CPQ Developer (a plus)
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other Salesforce Industry Clouds is a plus.
  • Experience in telecom domain and working with enterprise clients.
  • Prior experience in architect-level roles or leadership in large-scale Salesforce projects.
