Title : Salesforce QA Specialist – Revenue Cloud

Job Summary

The Salesforce QA Specialist is a critical gatekeeper for our Revenue Cloud implementation team. The candidate must not be just checking boxes; will be validating complex business logic, pricing engines, and financial data flows. Will work closely with Technical Leads and Business Analysts to ensure that the “Quote-to-Cash” solution is technically sound and functionally accurate.

As a proactive advisor within the Salesforce implementation team, the QA Specialist are expected to identify “edge cases” in pricing and renewals that others might miss. You must have a deep understanding of the Revenue Cloud data models to effectively script and execute high-stakes test cases.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Consulting Experience: 4+ years in a Salesforce consulting environment, comfortable working in Agile/Scrum frameworks
  • Revenue Cloud Exposure: Minimum 1-2 years of experience specifically testing Salesforce Revenue Cloud and/or CPQ
  • Data Model Knowledge: Deep understanding of the relationship between key objects of Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud data models
  • Persona-Based Testing: Expertise in testing Visibility, Permissions, and Advanced Approvals across different user personas (Sales Reps, Managers, Finance)
  • Technical QA Toolset: Proficiency with Jira or similar tools for defect tracking and experience with Salesforce-specific automation tool
  • Financial Accuracy Mindset: High attention to detail regarding decimal precision, rounding logic, and revenue recognition schedules
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business-related field

Certifications:

  • Required: Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Highly Preferred: Salesforce CPQ Specialist / Revenue Cloud Consultant
