What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead discovery workshops to understand client service models and contact center needs.
  • Design and implement Salesforce Service Cloud Voice (SCV) integrated with Amazon Connect.
  • Create intelligent IVR flows, call routing, and omnichannel service strategies.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and user stories.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and admins to deliver end-to-end implementations.
  • Support user training, testing, and post-launch optimization.
  • Stay ahead of Salesforce and AWS updates, advising clients on future improvements.

Main Skills Needed:

  • 5+ years’ experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and contact center solutions.
  • Proven hands-on expertise in Service Cloud Voice (SCV) and Amazon Connect.
  • Strong understanding of Omni-Channel, Case Management, Knowledge, and Flows.
  • Ability to design scalable CTI and telephony integrations (VoIP, SIP, WebRTC).
  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder and documentation skills.
  • Salesforce and AWS certifications highly desirable.
