Our client, an wealth management advisory located in North York is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive a Licenced Sales Assistant to join their team. This role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to their Senior Wealth Advisor playing a key part in ensuring a smooth and efficient administrative assistance and client experience. Respond to client inquiries by phone and email
Execute trade orders under direction and follow up on account transfers and documentation
Administrative Support
Maintain account lists and client files
Compile reports and statistical data as required
Marketing & Business Development
Support marketing initiatives, client events, and presentations
Help identify potential revenue opportunities within the existing client base
General Office Administration
Prepare correspondence and maintain office supplies
post-secondary education in finance, business, or a related field is an asset
Proficiency with MS Office and industry-related platforms
