Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and monitor billing for residential, commercial, and industrial gas accounts.
• Resolve meter reading and billing exceptions in SAP IS-U.
• Process and validate billing-related service notifications.
• Support contact center operations with billing inquiries and adjustments.
• Analyze and resolve billing issues impacting revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to troubleshoot SAP Billing (IS-U) related issues.
• Lead or support the implementation of SAP solutions in Billing and Credit & Collections areas.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements for billing processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 5–7+ years of experience in SAP IS-U Billing.
• Experience with customer service and utility billing processes.
• Strong understanding of SAP CRM integration with IS-U (optional but preferred).
• Proficiency in identifying and resolving technical issues in SAP Billing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with performance monitoring and batch processing in SAP.
