Overview:

Allied Universal® is seeking a Bilingual Security Account Manager for a high profile Tech Client to lead and manage client accounts across Canada. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational excellence, and strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is fluent in French and English and has experience managing multi-site operations and remote teams. The Bilingual Security Account Manager will maintain a regular presence in the Toronto location with frequent GTA site visits.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients in the GTA, Montreal, and Alberta
  • Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and operational reviews
  • Prepare and present performance reports to clients and internal teams
  • Monitor KPIs and implement service improvement strategies
  • Manage budgets and ensure compliance with contract terms
  • Lead or support investigations, audits, and incident responses
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Support operations with scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation
  • Supervise and mentor on-site supervisors and security professionals
  • Conduct regular site visits and performance evaluations
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken) — required
  • Ontario Security License — required
  • Post-secondary education in Security Services, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of client-facing security management experience
  • Experience managing multi-site operations and remote teams preferred
  • Proven success in client relationship management and service delivery
  • Background in customer service, law enforcement, military service, or risk management is a plus!

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid work model: remote and office-based as needed
  • Frequent travel within the GTA and occasional travel to other provinces (up to 10%)
  • Must be comfortable working independently while traveling
